Just visible on either side of the tree line you can see the towers of Old Crom Castle ruins and the ‘more recent’ Crom Castle. The newer Crom Castle was built in 1840 and is the private residence of the Earl of Erne. Situated within formal gardens, it is well-known today for boutique weddings in the Victorian Conservatory. The ruins of Old Crom are also a popular outdoor wedding venue, within the 1900 acre Crom Estate, now managed as a National Trust property.
